Warehouse
All customer packages received by the agent are processed in the warehouse for re-weighing to check for overloads. The warehouse also handles transit packages for onward shipment.
Dispatch
Packages cleared after re-weighing are dispatched using buses aligned with the transit route to reach recipients efficiently.
Delivery
Packages at the destination depot are handled by the delivery feature, pricing based on distance and weight for direct External/Internal delivery to recipients.
Pickup
Pickup manager retrives packages from the sender’s specified address, offering solutins for oversized and heavy packages as well
Transfort
Transporting packages from the depot to buses for transit ivolves scanning all outgoing packages for continues tracking.
Agent
Agent functions to receive and record transactions from customers. The agent will record the delivery destination, estimated price, and also for package returns.
Delivery Internal
Delivery internal functions to manage packages, that will be sent using internal delivery to the recipient.
